Constitutional Security Department of the Ministry of Interior has arrested the director of the Hermes LTD, Vake Cemetery. According to the investigation, Dimitri Popov extorted 4,000 dollars from a citizen for a place of a grave, when its official price was 92 GEL.
The detainee may face 5-year sentence.
The committed crime envisages up to 5 years of imprisonment. Investigation is conducted by the Constitutional Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
