Investigation Department of the Ministry of Incomes has arrested a citizen, Inga Chvamania, who is suspected of swindle and document forgery.
According to the investigation, with the assistance of partners, Chvamania used a counterfeit contract of privatization with a non-existent individual; she forged notary seals and registered the apartment situated on the #48 Grishashvili Street, Tbilisi, as her property and then took a mortgage loan from a bank.
The detainee may face 6-9 year sentence.
