Prime Minister of Georgia Nika Gilauri presented a new member of the cabinet to the society today - Andria Urushadze has assumed the office of the Minister of Health, Labour and Social Care a week after the resignation of the previous minister, Sandro Kvitashvili.
Minister spoke about the priorities, which he was going to follow during his work as the minister. In his turn, Prime Minister said the key instruction, which was given to the new member of the cabinet, was the accomplishment of construction of those 46 hospitals, which are under construction.
Previous minister, Aleksandre Kvitashvili, resigned on August 31 as he accepted the offer to work as the rector designate of the Tbilisi State University. Since then the first deputy, Irakli Giorgobiani fulfilled the duties of the minister.
