The International Criminal Court in The Hague will start hearing of the lawsuit Georgia vs. Russia, which was filed on August 12, 2008. Georgian delegation says the lawsuit is supported with all necessary evidences, which confirm that Russia should be held accountable for ethnic cleansing in Abkhazia and Tskhinvali Region.
