The Incident Prevention and the Response Mechanism group is holding its 20-th meeting in the Gali district of Georgia`s occupied region of Abkhazia.
The UN Special Representative to Georgia, Anti Turunnen arrived in the breakaway region today to attend the meeting, where the representatives of the Georgian government plan to raise the issues of criminal situation in the region and the pressure upon ethnic Georgian population.
Mr. Turunnen is one of the co-chairmen of the Geneva international negotiations on the security issues.
