The hearing on the law suit filed by Georgian government against Russia will be over today. The Georgian and Russian sides will deliver final speeches at today`s hearing.
Moscow hopes that the Hague International Criminal Court will not discuss the lawsuit of the government of Georgia vs. Russia - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has told reporters.
Lavrov accused Georgia of tensing the situation in the Region deliberately and creating problems intentionally. He said Georgia had never filed a lawsuit against Russia in a law court with the allegations of racial discrimination and they only did this after Russia suppressed Saakashvili`s violence in South Ossetia.
Georgia filed a lawsuit against Russia on August 12, 2008 and accused the aggressor country of racial discrimination and violation of international laws.
