Russian patriarch Kiril has congratulated on the `day of republic` to the leader of the South Ossetia puppet regime Eduard Kokoity today. The representative of the patriarch, father Sergey handed over the letter of the patriarch to the puppet leader today.
`South Ossetian leaders had passed a hard road to establish a state and have economic development. The developments in 2008, when many people died and many were injured, were a hard test for you,` the letter says.
