Cabinet of Ministers of Georgia discussed several tens of issues at today`s session, including the reorganization in the Ministry of Health and Social Care. The Ministry has taken a decision to abolish the Health and Social Care Agency. Andria Urushadze presented the plan of reforming the structure, which was in charge of implementing social projects. The agency management is accused of wrongdoing and misappropriation of state funds.
Prime Minister Nika Gilauri summed up the economic situation during the first half of the year. He said the index of economic growth in this period reached 6,5%.
He said the growth of export was obvious; in addition, the sector of tourism was improving and the number of projects funded by international monetary institutions was also increasing.
