Within the visit to New York, Georgian president Mikheil Saakashvili was invited to the NASDAQ stock market and were he rang the closing bell. The ceremony was broadcast on a large screen in the street. Georgian president delivered a speech at the ceremony.
Saakashvili said that NASDAQ represented the dream not only of American people and modern organizations, which he saw there, but it was the dream of everybody. He hailed the marketing model of the NASDAQ, which had great future and worked with success.
