Bernard Kushner, Foreign Minister of France plans to resign, he said this to TV Company RTL, however according to "Le Figaro", French diplomat said this in informal conversation - "I know that I have to resign". He noted that "for the last 3 month the relations with French President became too complicated. " He believes that in French President's apartments decisions are taken which are to be under the Foreign Ministry's competence. Nevertheless Kushner is not taken into consideration when deciding important issues. At the same time Kushner said he applied with resignation demand to President in August.
