Ukraine has proposed Russia to create a network of so-called 'Russian-Ukrainian Euroregions' that will link the interests of government, business and non-government organizations, according to Minister of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine Volodymyr Yatsuba, who participated in the plenary session of the Ural Forum on Russian-Ukrainian Cooperation, the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
The minister suggested developing inter-regional cooperation, implementing common policies to attract investment, expanding cooperation in the humanitarian area, in particular, exchange of delegations, days of culture in the regions.
The plenary session of the Ural Forum on Russian-Ukrainian Cooperation is taking place at the residence of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian President in the Urals Federal District.
