The public has to protest against amendments to Constitution, which are planned by government - Eka Beselia, leader of the movement "Solidarity with Prisoners of Conscience" said, GHN reports.
This was declared on the protest action in front of the Parliament.
"As a Georgian citizen I have a feeling of protest against passing amendments to the Constitution without public participation in the process. The public have to fight against approval of new Constitution that is a continuation of the authoritative regime of Saakashvili, "- she said.
We remind you that Georgian Parliament held the first reading of the Bill on new Constitution. Today the second reading of the Bill is holding.
