The President elected in 2013 will not be a political party member. Government satisfied this demand of the opposition.
The agreement was signed by majority and minority in the Office of Parliamentary Chairman. The consultations on these matters were held with Bakradze, before second reading of the Bill on Constitution.
Despite of this agreement one undecided question still remains - the parliamentary opposition cannot come in agreement with the question of the way of declaring of the vote of no confidence to the government by Parliament.
Opposition is interested in what circumstances can legislatives in the case of crisis to declare the vote of no confidence to the government. This question will be debated by MP's during this day again.
