Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on the Press Conference with Russian Journalists talked about the territorial integrity of Georgia and made supportive comments in favor of Mikhail Saakashvili.
In connection to the recognition of Abkhazia and S.O. by Belarus, Lukashenko said, that these republics were not recognized not only by Belarus but as well by no country in the world. He expressed his supposition that Russia needs no recognition by Belarus of those Republics but, it needs to spoil the reputation of Lukashenko and enslavement of Belarus.
"What about the Abkhazia and S.O. recognition, I can turn this question to you as well. Was it that only Belarus did not recognized them? No country exists in the world that recognized them. Except of some islands, which did not signed any official document about recognition. Maybe Russia dose not demands from us the recognition of those republics, maybe this is only a ground for our subjection. For the undermining of reputation of Lukashenko, facts are necessary - the first is a betrayal. The second - is not recognized the S.O., the third - Saakashvili was aired in Belarusian TV, "- Lukashenko said. He advised to Russian journalists to listen carefully to the interview of Saakashvili aired over Belarusian TV. He said that Saakashvili called strongly Russian Federation to restore frozen relations. Belarusian President said Belarusian have a long time good relationships experience with Georgians.
"I would like you seed this interview. I have seen for the first time such new saakashvili. He called for the restoration of frozen relations. He talked during 7 minutes and let's listen what about he talked. This isn't only the factor of Saakashvili, this is as well a long time good relations experience with Georgian people, " - Saakashvili said.
