Constitutional Security Department of the Ministry of Interior have arrested the member of the Oni Assembly (Sakrebulo), Amiran Skhiereli, who is suspected of bribery. As the investigation has reported, Skhiereli extorted $70,000 from a person for issuing licence on obtaining fossils from local deposit.
The suspect may face 9 year-sentence if recognized guilty.
