Peter Tsiskarishvili, MP, member of majority in the CoE Parliamentary Assembly said a Georgian-Russian confrontation is an extraordinary case. He said in the history of COE it is a first case when the military confrontation happen between two member countries. On behalf of Georgian side he commented the fact of not allowing to Sergey Makarov entering Tbilisi. He said after 2008 Georgian territorial border was crossed by many Russians. He said nobody will be deprived to enter the country, who does not violate Georgian legislation.

"Let me explain the Georgian legislation - any person, who will enter the occupied territory, is prohibited to enter the Georgian territory according to the law. IN case of Markov he several times visited the occupied territory, this was a provocation. I would underline that except of Markov all delegation members get visa, but they refused to enter Georgia and boycott the sitting. Not to forget as well that 500 000 refugees at the same time are not allowed to return to its homes. Russian occupational army occupied S.O. and Abkhazia. Nevertheless, after 2008 many Russian citizens get visa to Georgia, "- Peter said.

We remind you that Georgian side on September 16-17 on the OSCE Law Committee sitting blocked the arrival of Russian delegation.
