Today on October 8, strong legislative norms against cyber crime will enter into force. According to the law the liability for such crime will be laid upon legal entities as well. That may be followed by its liquidation, deprivation of license, fine or property expropriation. The cyber crime will be an entrance to the electronic system without permission by breaking passwords or by other ways. According to the law it is prohibited to produce a computer program for entering the computer program, for breaking passwords. It is prohibited as well to obtain private information in the computer system illegally.

The law stipulates up to the 3 years of deprivation of liberty for the crime of illegal use and dissemination of computer data obtained through private communications and records break. The physical persons as well legal entities are liable for the above mentioned crime.
