Today on October 6, in the Tbilisi City Court the will discuss the question of imposition of penalty to Individual Entrepreneurs of trade centers "Kidobani" and Passage". 25 of them are already accused.
The relatives of IE's are declaring that they were not informed about violations of the transportation company Ltd "Trans". They were giving money and documentation to the company for delivering of goods from Turkey. But the investigation service accuses IE's in illegal cooperation with "Trans". Totally 170 IEs are detained. They were detained in different places in Customs offices, in homes, at the trade territory and in the investigative office. Part of them was detained in own homes. According to the disseminated information the transportation company falsified the documents; as a result the Budget did not received from that company considerable sum of money. After the operation for detention, traders held a protest action at the railway station territory.
