What is Speakerphobia and what does PR Psychology methodology mean?
Speakerphobia is a fear of expression, which can show itself in any age and follow them till their later years. But, if they desire they can overcome it effectively in a short amount of time. This methodology belongs to me and with my trainings you have a possibility to exempt yourself from this tormenting phobia, which hinders your success. This can be a challenge, to speak what you feel or stop yourself and go silent. The prohibition of freely expressing yourself can lead to the illnesses which usually translate to the sadness, headaches, lack of appetite, depression. If you want to be free in your expression, this training is for you! Speakerphobia could arise in any situation, during greeting or while parting ways, while telling a speech, presenting yourself. But, there’s always a possibility to turn this fear into a possibility and to go forward. Working routine often makes us lose our senses, snatches us off any extra time to contact our ego and we follow the everyday occurrences blindly. The nature births a human in us, the environment casts a different “me” in ourselves, “me” who is adaptable to the environment. In order to be in harmony with our surroundings, we use every possible way whether it’s disappearing in nature on making nature disappear itself, going silent, closing ourselves off and killing any urge to be renewed. To discover ourselves, we need to see.
At what age does the problem come out?
Speakerphobia could show itself before, during or after the speech has concluded. It could arise when an individual is still a child or when they’re grown up. We must know that there will be different types of attendees in the audience and we must be ready for it. We must be interesting to any visual, audial or kinesthetic participants. The first step to this is accepting ourselves and living with the Speakerphobia, befriending it. We learn different techniques during the training, it’s fully supportive of an individual and it’s a live process which provides everyone with a chance to express in different ways. Interest is high among every age.
What are your plans for the future and how do you see the methodology evolving?
Today, on 1st of July, with the assistance of Georgian Educational Center we planned a meeting to help persons with disabilities. We have close contact with them and know that they’re in the need of dental services. Obviously, there are different needs as well, which we sadly can’t cover at this moment, but we’ll continue to care for them and gladly accept everyone who wishes to assist.
Why should the companies be interested in collaborating with you? What do your trainings offer to them?
We have a longlasting plan, I’m sure that the methodology will leave the borders soon and call up a big interest in the international level. The meetings are therapeutic as well, therefore the faces shared during the training will always stay in the attendees' memory. For the funding, we offer as many members as can attend. I’m working on this research to picture this fact better in numbers and soon I’ll show it to bigger groups of people. Also, we’re giving them a chance to join us in this good deed and help the ones who really need us to help them up and strengthen them.
