Boris Chochiev, Deputy Chairman of Conflict regulation said the GHN reports. He as well said that the problem of refugees return is not to be decided unilaterally, as it is done by international organizations.
"Our position continues to be unchanged. We are not avoiding the discussion of refugees' problems, but they are to be discussed since 1989. But the international organizations are upholding only Georgian refugees return to S.O. and Abkhazia, but are not talking about the necessity of return more than 100 000 Ossetians, expelled from Georgia.
