Temur Iakobashvili, State Minister in Reintegration said that it is possible to integrate Georgia to NATO without MAP. "This decision might be taken even not only in theory. However for this decision it is necessary to have a political will from the member states of the alliance. So as the time will pass we will see what will be possible, "- Iakobashvili said to journalists.
He believes that the integration to NATO for Georgia is possible even having the instruments which Georgia has presently.
"The MAP is an instrument, which actually is a reflection, an exact copy. We have the possibility to fulfill all obligations under this instrument, what will make us closer to NATO, "- Iakobashvili said.

"It is notable that Georgia's membership to NATO will be possible without MAP, "- commented today Nalbandov, Deputy Foreign Minister.
Alexander Nalbandov said that there is many ways for membership to NATO, and "no way has an exclusive right for membership to NATO."
