The Draft Constitutional Law on Amendments, which significantly weakens the president's authority and strengthens the prime minister's status, had been worked out for almost a year.
Venice Commission, the Council of Europe's (CoE) advisory body for legal affairs, published a final conclusion regarding the draft-project of Georgia's new Constitution.
