A tender will be announced in Tbilisi for organized movement of en-route mini busses. The parliament will approve the draft-bill on amendments regarding permissions and licensing.
The drivers will have to meet certain requirements in order to obtain the permission. The local self-governance bodies will set the rules and conditions of the competition.
The Tbilisi Sakrebulo (City Council) will determine the price for permission on passengers' transportation.
