Georgian Foreign Ministry has released a special statement in response to the decision of the Russian delegation to boycott the discussion of the issue on IDPs` secure repatriation at the 13-th round of Geneva discussions.
According to the statement, the boycott of the Russian delegation is a confirmation of Russia`s refusal to let the Internally Displaced People and refugees return to their homes safely and worthily, from were they were forcefully ousted.
According to the document, the co-chairmen of the consultations expressed their concern about the decision of the Tskhinvali puppet regime to boycott the discussion and wrote in the communiqué that the restoration of the work of the second working group in previous format was very significant for restoration of trust and solution of humanitarian problems.
