Another businessperson Johannes Kardapolus, who is wanted by the police as he is hiding now.

The two Jewish businessmen, Ronnie Fooks and Zeev Frenkiel were detained Friday at one of the restaurants in Batumi, Adjara, after a special operation carried out in cooperation with the Constitutional Security Department.
According to the investigation, the businessmen were offering seven million dollar to the deputy minister of finance not to appeal the court ruling, according to which the government of Georgia was charged to pay 100 million dollar to the Fooks Company.
The case arguably refers to corruption schemes, which worked during the previous government of Georgia. That time authorities granted an exclusive licence to the company Tramex of unintelligible origin to obtain oil in Georgia. The current scheme of corruption is arguably tied with the series of corruption activities launched many years ago.
