Opposition party Our Georgia - Free Democrats led by Irakli Alasania disapproves the state budget project for 2011. The Free Democrats are concerned that the budget of the next year is shrunk with 31 million GEL.
Alasania briefed in this regard today and that the budget was built up on unreal incomes and it was doomed to be sequestrated; the draft did not include the growth of pensions and the social allowances for the vulnerable.
The leader of the opposition party asserts the government will no longer be able to control the process of inflation and that the authorities are trying to evade the solution of the problem.
At today`s briefing, Irakli Alasania commented on the formation of a new opposition party The Georgian Party, saying he saw no particular force among its leaders.
`I see no political power in this party, the power by which they can make changes in the country,` Alasania said and added that the statement of one of the party`s founder, Irakli Okruashvili about the possible revolution was unacceptable for him.
`The time of revolutions is over in Georgia,` Alasania concluded.
