Officers of the Investigation Service of Georgia's Finance Ministry arrested Mamuka Abesadze, the manager and founder of the development company "Libo" in suspicion of swindling.
According to the investigation, the suspect illegally placed the advertising sign-board at Kavtsaradze Str. # 19, for attracting the clients willing to purchase an apartment. Mamuka Abesadze illegally noted at the board that the company had a permit for building.
The suspect committed fraud and took money from 20 citizens, the total amount of it reached to about 3 million.
The investigation is underway. The suspect faces from 6 up to 9 years imprisonment.
