The 3-star hotels will be built for long dates with prisoners at the Rustavi Prisons # 6, #16 and Juvenile Prison # 11.
The decision was made by the Khatuna Kalmakhelidze, Georgian Minister of Penitentiary and Probation.
A special briefing was held in that regard at the Ministry earlier this afternoon.
