An explosion has occurred on the territory of the Borjomi Railway Station, Tbilisi, late last night. Reportedly, no one has been injured in the blast, though it was so strong, that the window glasses of the surrounding buildings broke down.
The rescuers presume the explosion might have been caused by the gas leakage. Police abstains from naming the reasons of the blast until the investigation is over.
The territory around the station was under reinforced control at night to avoid any incidents. Criminal experts and sappers were working at the site until morning.
