An informal reception has been held for the ambassadors of the NATO member states at the restaurant Kalakuri, Tbilisi, last night. Georgian politicians were also invited to the dinner, where the sides discussed future development of Georgia-NATO relations and speeding up the process of the country`s integration into the alliance.
Georgian lawmakers said it was very important that the NATO ambassadors would be provided with unbiased information about the situation in Georgia, the ongoing reforms and the strategy of the government Before the Lisbon summit.
Today the NATO delegation is expected at Georgia`s parliament, where the ambassadors will discuss Georgia-NATO cooperation, Georgia-Russia conflict and the de-occupation of Georgian territories.
