Russian president Dmitry Medvedev changed his plans to arrive in Munich and attend an international conference due to the visit of Georgian president to Germany - Russian online newspapers The Kommersant has reported.
The article says that the Kremlin has explained the decision of the president with an overloaded schedule, but the author comments that the real reason is the agenda of the conference, where Mikheil Saakashvili is going to deliver a speech.
According to the newspaper, another reason of Medvedev`s decision is the topic of the conference, as it is dedicated to the situation in the Caucasus.
The annual conference of Munich will be held in February 2011.
