Parliament speaker Davit Bakradze will coordinate the work of a new bureau, which has been formed in the parliament today - the decision was made at the meeting of the speaker with the representatives of National Democratic Institute today.
The representatives of local non-governmental organizations attended the meeting too.
The bureau will work to enhance the role of NGOs in the legislative work and provide their intensive involvement in the discussion of legislative issues.
The bureau will allow civil society to take intensive participation in the legislative activities of the parliament and join the decision-making process.
