The State Parole Commission will assemble by the end of the week to discuss appeals of convicts, who will be dischardged earlier from prisons. According to the new Code of Imprisonment, the decision on convicts` cases will be taken by the end of October 2010. The members of the commission cannot yet specify the number of the convicts, who have appealed to the commission, however, they say women and the minor are among them.
After the discussion, the Parole Commission will send recommendation to the law court. If the court approves the recommendations of the commission, the convicts will be released from the court hall.
