National Communications Regulatory Commission of Georgia has amended rules for mobile operators in Georgia. From today on, each cellular communications company will be obliged to offer service to subscribers with any index. For example, if a subscriber with 77-index wants to have the same number but be a subscriber of any other operator, the person will be served by new operator without changing the index.
