Prince Edward of the British royal family opened a new building of the British Embassy in Georgia yesterday. The embassy is located in Krtsanisi district in Tbilisi.
The delegation from Great Britain, Georgian and foreign diplomats as well as representatives of political sphere attended the ceremony.
Prince Edward delivered a speech. He said that that relations between Great Britain and Georgia is very important. He stressed on the bilateral economic relations.
Prince Edward of the British royal family arrived in Tbilisi, Georgia, last night by a special flight. The Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, is the third son and fourth child of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Edward is currently seventh in line to the thrones of 16 countries.
