Today the Pegasus Airlines didn't take the airway from Tbilisi to Istanbul. As the representatives of Pegasus told to GHN the reason of annulling the trip was the bad weather in Istanbul. They explained that, because of fog Istanbul Airport is not able to receive airplanes. For the same reason Turkish Airlines also annulled its trips, but they managed to move its passengers by using other airlines.
None of the airlines official websites reports the reasons of annulling the trips. Another point, which should be taken into account, is that no other courses to the direction of other countries was annulled, but only form Turkey to Georgia.
Almost 100 of passengers protested the non-fulfillment of their demands. They requested to be moved in Europe by other airlines, but the representatives of Pegasus refused.
Pegasus at the same time refused the responsibility towards the passengers who bought the tickets by online. They didn't get the money back and not the concrete answers on their questions also.
As GHN was told, the passengers who bought the tickets by online should contact the central office of Pegasus, which is in Turkey.
