Special tender commission of the Ministry of Economics and Sustainable Development begins discussion of the projects submitted by various companies within the tender announced by the ministry regarding a free tourist zone in the seaside resort of Kobuleti.
The tender terms stipulate that companies who make at least 4 million GEL investment in construction of hotel infrastructure in Kobuleti, will be freed from specific taxes during the next 15 years.
According to the ministry authorities, 52 proposals have been submitted to the commission. The winning bidder will be announced after the session is over.
