A pardoning of prisoners is expected for November 23, St. George religious holiday in Georgia. The state Pardoning Commission has already applied with that regard to Georgia's President in written form.
About 200 cases are presented for consideration. However, it is not yet know exactly how many prisoners will leave jails that day.
