Georgian lawmakers will approve amendments to be made to Administrative Code of Georgia through the third hearing as part of today's parliamentary session.
An official 50-GEL fine will be imposed for throwing litter from a car. The Georgian MPs will also consider constitutional changes regarding the increase of taxes through a referendum.
The constitutional changes will be enforced as of 2013.
