A Form # 9 will be required for entry into Akhalgori occupied territory of South Ossetia as of November 8. The document is in Russian language, and is a substitute of ID card of residents of Tskhinvali region.
The document will be valid until the end of this year. Distribution of Russian passports will begin in 2011. The separatists force Georgian locals to give up their Georgian passports.
