Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili is ready to negotiate with Russia. President said if Russia will talk with Georgia as with sovereign country that has a democratically elected President, then Georgia will start a dialogue with Russia without any preconditions. Saakashvili said this when visiting MIA he decorated with the order of "Gorgasali" participants of the operation "Enveri" for disclosure of spies.
"We do not wish a confrontation with anybody, we are defending ourselves. If Russia will show a good will and will start negotiations with Georgia we will be ready for this. If they will talk with us as with the sovereign country that has a democratically elected government, we without any preconditions are ready for negotiations," - President said.
