This as well touches the question of abstaining from the dislocation of the military forces in the territories of new member states of NATO, "- Sergey Lavrov said. He noted that when such obligations are not fulfilled, the Russian side may always openly speak about such things.

"I believe that this is far better, then to blame NATO and search after it hideously. We have a very sincere position, and NATO considers it very calmly and with the respect, " - Lavrov said.
