Brother of the tragically-ended Pole President Yaroslav Kachinsky applies for help to the US Congressmen in investigation of Smolensk plane crash, according to Pole media .
Yaroslav Kachinsky - Head of opposition party "Right and Justice" has already written application. His party members Anna Fotyga and Anton Macherevich will bring the letter to the U.S. addressees.
Kachinsky party initiative provoked the anxiety of the Pole government. "This is absolutely scandalous on the verge of treason", stated spokesman Pawel Gras. He also remarked that the application for help to foreign country authorities while there is a legal government in Poland is completely unacceptable.
According to the acting President Assistant - Tomasz Nalecz, Kachinsky party "is playing with fire".
The Pole President Lech Kachinsky, his spouse Maria Kachinska and the part of Pole elite were killed in Smolensk air disaster on April 10.
