Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State made a statement in support of
Georgia’s territorial integrity when giving a press conference together
with Audronius Azubalis, Foreign Minister of Lithuania.
Clinton
said that a progress was noticeable in US-Russian relations, though it
did not mean that Russia was ready to compromise regarding issues, which
remained a difference between the two countries.
In his return, Azubalis underlined that US did not have to sacrifice
with the values such as democracy, territorial integrity and human
rights.
