Russia is failing in meeting commitments taken under the 2008 6-point truce agreement, and continues occupation of Georgia's territories, John McCain, US Republican Senator stated when making a speech in Washington on November 15.
McCain criticized Russia for violation of human rights on a daily basis and imposing pressure on free media.
