The Georgian State Pardoning Commission will begin consideration of prisoners' cases as of today. A total of 236 prisoners' cases are presented to the commission. There are 10 juveniles and 36 women among the prisoners.
The session of the State Pardoning Commission will be held on November 18. The pardoning is expected for November 23, St. George Day in Georgia. The prisoners pardoned by Georgia's President will meet the holiday at their homes.
