The issue of appointment of a new Georgian Ambassador to the USA will be discussed at the Parliament bureau session today. State Minister for Reintegration Issues Temur Iakobashvili will be appointed Georgian Ambassador to the USA.
After discussions in the Parliamentary committees the issue will be submitted to the parliament plenary session for consideration for the next week.
Iakobashvili will replace Batu Kutelia, Georgia's current Ambassador. Batu Kutelia will be appointed deputy secretary of the Security Council.
Presumably the government of Georgia will submit the amended 2011 State Budget to the Georgian Parliament for consideration.
