Lia Mukhashavria , law scientist declared that according to the new constitutional amendments Mikhail Saakashvili may rule again.
Mukhashavria declared to the news agency GHN that the State Constitutional Commission which works under the constitutional amendments may make changes which will be favorable for Mikhail Saakashvili to stay as a President.
Mukhashavria said that if the Constitutional Commission will work out the changes which will make a Parliamentary ruling model for Georgian state, then Mikhail Saakashvili has a chance to became a Prime Minister and to take a strengthened power of Prime Minister.
"The Constitutional Commission which works under the Constitutional amendments did not made yet the changes, but if the Commission will pass changes , which will be based on a Parliamentary ruling model for the country, then the President will be with the restricted powers and all power will be conferred to the Prime Minister, accordingly there is a big possibility that Saakashvili will rule the country again, " - Mukhashavria said to GHN.
