Russian journalist Leonid Parfyonov delivered a scandalous speech and criticizes Russian journalism at the Vlad Listev Prize Award Ceremony in Moscow.
During his speech he also criticized the Russian government and compared the works of federal TV channels to the work of Soviet-era protocol shooting.
Parfyonov says that there are two kind of information, - topics which can be covered by the TV channels and the topics, which coverage are prohibited.
