In the capital city of Qatar_ Doha, because of unconsciousness of the local employer Georgian citizens are in very bad situation and under the moral terror.
As GHN was informed by Nestor Ugulava, three of Georgians are arrested in Doha, who worked with him by the contract.
As Nestor Ugulava says, the local policemen arrested them few weeks ago and they are still in prison.
"They were arrested because of the peach of Ali Mohd Al Sayed. This man is our employer and he helped us to find the job in June this year as construction workers and we should get solid money from this job. The building company should send the money to Ali Mohd Al Sayed and then he had to give us our salary. At first he told us that we would get our money in October, but he lied and after a period of time he told that we had his debt. Few days ago three of Georgians with whom I work were arrested through his desire",_ said to GHN Nestor Ugulava.
He also said that these Georgian citizens were drunk when they arrested, but the names of them is not announced by Nestor Ugulava.
"Drinking is not punished by the local law. The court charged them 500 Real as a money, and after paying it they would be released. The money is already paid, but they are still in prison. I don't know the reason of this. But I am sure that it is the "merit" of our employer. In Qatar our being is legal and this showed be taken into account", - said Ugulava.
Ugulava says that he thinks that he will be also arrested soon.
"I think that Ali Mohd Al Sayed will participate in the process of my arresting if it happens. The fact is that all the time it takes place terror and blackmail against us", _told Ugulava to GHN.
Nestor Ugulava also said that Ali Mohd Al Sayed enforced him to sign in some kind of document and the contents of this document are unknown for him. At the same time the employer came to the arrested Georgians and enforced them to sign to the summonses.
The arrested Georgians signed and wrote the word "incorrect" in Georgian. I have got one copy", - said Ugulava.
He also asserts that he has got all the documents that proves the obligations of the Qatar businessmen.
"I am not going to dramatize the situation but the fact is that they are not going to give us the earning and even more, he also argues about the money that we should get for our work. I have got all the testimonies that will approve our truth", - told us Ugulava.
Ugulava says that he has not enough money to use the service of the advocate for himself or for his friends.
Nestor Ugulava also informed us that he send the information about this to the Embassy of Georgia in Kuwait. But he has not got any information back.
The Ministry of foreign affairs said to GHN that they have got ht information about this fact and the Embassy of Georgia in Kuwait works about this question.
